Watching Our New Home Take Shape

The steel framework for the CYP House is now rising above the Midtown Manhattan skyline. This is a truly exciting milestone as the skeleton of our future home becomes visible for the first time.

Over the past several weeks, skilled ironworkers have been assembling the structural steel beams that will form the backbone of our building. Each beam has been precisely engineered and fabricated to support the unique architectural vision of our new home.

• Floor decking installed on lower floors
• Structural connections welded and bolted
• Safety netting and scaffolding in place

The pace of construction has been remarkable, and passersby can now see the outline of what will soon become the heart of our community. We are on track and on budget.
