As if things weren’t active enough on-site, our immediate neighbor has officially kicked off their own major demolition and construction project. Their crew has started erecting heavy-duty scaffolding and overhead protection that extends slightly over our property line.
While it adds another layer of logistics to our daily operations, it's a classic sign of an evolving block. We are working closely with their team to ensure both jobs stay fully secure, code-compliant, and running smoothly side-by-side.
