The first floor has been stripped entirely to its raw structure, with all partition walls, old wiring, and even the ceilings completely removed. This total-gut process is being applied across every single level, clearing away decades of old material to leave us with nothing but a clean, open skeleton.
Next stop: Bringing this total teardown down into the lowest levels.
