With the building completely stripped down to its historic core, we are moving into a critical stabilization phase. A fresh delivery of heavy timber has arrived on-site to begin shoring up and reinforcing the exposed floor joists and structural framing. At the same time, the crew is installing robust safety fencing and protective barriers to ensure the entire site remains secure, orderly, and fully up to safety standards as the next phase begins.
