This is what it looks like when you completely strip a floor down to its core. The crew is currently in the thick of clearing out the old infrastructure on the 2nd floor, meticulously untangling decades of old electrical wiring, piping, beams, and posts.
Next stop: Turning this floor into a clean slate just like the 3rd.
