The team is currently up on the deck fixing structural vulnerabilities and applying a heavy-duty seal across the roofing surface. This proactive weatherproofing ensures that while structural framing continues down below, the building remains entirely protected from elements, dust, and runoff.
At the same time, logistics remain non-stop at street level with more material deliveries arriving to keep the crew moving forward seamlessly.
